All American Containers has an exciting opportunity for a self-starting, driven and results oriented sales professional.  This highly motivated person will initiate and close new customer contacts, build upon existing business relationships, exceed customer expectations when servicing accounts and meet agreed upon sales targets.

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Needs to be a candidate that is a self-starting, driven, and results orientated professional who is highly motivated and energetic.
  • Should have a natural drive for obtaining results, and a proven track record of sales performance.
  • Needs to be a natural comfort in initiating and closing new customer contacts, building upon existing business relationships, exceeding customer expectations when servicing accounts and meeting agreed upon sales goals.
  • Needs to be able to identify additional sales opportunities with each customer.
  • Industry knowledge is helpful, but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience from any industry is preferred.   
  • Should possess strong communication skills, have the ability to work a with a dynamic support team, be organized, and able to represent their product, company, and most importantly, themselves to prospective clients in a professional manner.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Using effective time and project management skills, you will be able to ensure customers projects move from concept to completion smoothly, and know when to involve or delegate to others.
  • The largest percentage of time is spent in the field cultivating and maintaining quality relationships with customers through appropriate and timely contact, resolving issues and providing a superior customer experience each and every interaction.
  • A strong ability to skillfully use a computerized system to track and monitor customer accounts, organize priorities and manage your calendar of events will just be some of the daily maintenance to be responsible for.
  • A thorough understanding of the competition must always be front and center- make it your job to understand their strengths, strategy, products, and services.
